We are a small group of young people who have a lot of passion for indoor and outdoor decorative lights. Currently we are running 3 product lines pretty well.
By providing quality products, we have helped many private companies to set up their brand, enlarged their business and gotten a high reputation.Our products are selling in USA, Canada, England, Germany, Holland and Australia.

1.We know indoor and outdoor decorative lights a lot. We understand most of standard in different countries. Our team are always learning latest technology, features and market trend, so we can help customers to select the popular and quality products.
2.Before purchasing, our technicians always do a product review to find out all the advantages, disadvantages and potential defects. We will have cooperating factories amend the products according to our report. For some defects, which are hard to be amended, we suggest customers not to purchase, so we can prevent customer complaint at the beginning.
3.For new customers who have limited knowledge, we can show our market analysis report, so they know which item they should order and which item they may or may not order. Our report are from real market data. We will help customers to check their artwork to make sure all the description and spelling are correct. We will also give suggest to improve the layout and color combination.
4.We will recommend suitable packaging for different customers. For example, when we recommend packaging for mail order customer, we will consider both durability and small volume.
5.Our inspection are conducted according to AQL standard whether it is 1000 pcs or 100, 000 pcs. We make sure inspect every orders. Our inspection report can be shared with customers.
6.Our cooperating injection factory and skillful technician can work on new product development very quick. For the new products, if we sign an exclusive agreement, we will not sell it to all the other customers. We will not show it at tradeshow, our web site or in our catalog either.
7.For customer complaint, we always work with customers to figure out all the possible solutions to reduce customers’ loss at the first time. We will take the corresponding responsibility after the complaints were settled.
8.At the end of each year, we will send our sales report to some VIP customers, so they know their purchasing amount, popular items, customer complaint and defective rate, etc. between us, which will be very helpful for them to make purchasing plan for next year.
